These terms apply to exvall.com, the preview site. They are short because the site does very little: it describes what Exvall is intended to be, and it collects an email address from people who want to be told when it opens.
What this site is, and is not
This is a preview page. Exvall is not available, no product or service is being offered here, and nothing on this site creates a contract between you and us. Descriptions of features reflect what we intend to build; they are statements of intent, not commitments, and they may change or be dropped entirely.
We name no release date, and joining the waitlist neither guarantees access nor reserves a place. We may open access selectively, or not at all.
Not financial services
Exvall is not a bank and does not provide banking, deposit-taking, investment, brokerage, money transmission, or exchange services. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any financial instrument, security, or digital asset, and nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. If you need advice, get it from someone licensed to give it.
Using the waitlist
Submit an address that is yours, or one you are authorised to use. Do not submit anyone else’s address, and do not use automated means to submit entries or otherwise interfere with the form. We may remove any entry and decline any future signup, without explanation.
What happens to the address you give us is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Exvall name, the mark, the text, and the design of this site belong to the operator. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, or use the name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that anything described on it will be delivered. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from any reliance placed on statements about a future product, or from any failure to contact you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and the version published here is the one that applies.
